Nestled in the heart of Paignton, our beautiful Victorian villa built around 1860 offers more than just a place to stay—it’s a home away from home. Resident proprietors Paul & Hayley Horsman make your comfort their priority and take genuine pleasure in warmly welcoming new and returning guests. Your stay is designed to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We are proud to hold a Visit England 4 Star Silver Bed & Breakfast rating.

Paignton Court is a spacious Victorian villa with 15 individually styled bedrooms:

  • Half the rooms are on the ground floor for easier access and added convenience.

Location and Facilities

  • Excellent central location only a 5-minute level walk from the beach, harbour, shops, restaurants, cinema, train and bus stations.
  • Large free off-road car park to the front with additional parking at the rear; easy access and available 24 hours a day for guests.
  • EV Charging Points in Rear Car Park.
  • Notable borders and hanging baskets, adding to the property’s welcoming curb appeal.
  • Licensed Bar with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
  • Food available in the Bar daily from 18:00 to 19:30. Choose from a light snack to a full hearty meal.

  • Keys provided for 24-hour access.
  • No lift on the premises.
  • Breakfast room/ Bar located on lower ground floor.

Great as always

"Yet again a lovely stay at Paignton Court, Paul and Hayley could not be better hosts, always a warm welcome,nothing to much trouble, good breakfast and evening snacks. Good location with shops and sea front a short walk, plus rail and bus stations just a few mins walk, and off road parking. Highly recommended staying here 100% 👍"
