Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation notice of 31 days is required prior to the check-
Late cancellation or no show charge is 100% of the total booking value.
Check-
Earliest time for arrival is 15:00
Latest Departure time is 10:00
Charges will apply outside of the above times
Credit cards accepted to guarantee a reservation:
Switch -
If the final payment is to be made via a debit/credit card a charge of 2% will be made. Cheques are to be received with a guarantee card at least 10 days prior to arrival
Child Policy:
Children are charged at the adult rate from 12 years of age
Children are charged at various prices depending on age and if sharing with two full paying adults
One adult and one child will result in the child paying the full adult rate.
This policy does not apply to schools, clubs etc as special terms will have been agreed
Further Policy:
A credit/debit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled
outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit/debit card will be charged
with the full amount of the booking without further notice. A non-
A Charge will be made for paying by card.
